Microsoft released contents regarding using Active Directory GPO to enforce settings.

In a MS Project Server 2007 EPM environment, the settings you should check or uncheck based on the usage scope definition of the system. Standardizing those settings add to a better user experience of the tool & make issues lesser complex.
